First robotic vacuum. Easy to install right out of the box. Used my Smart Things App to program. Installation did say it was charged but was not. I had to wait for full charge. It stared up right after and I was amazed. It set a floor plan and worked around furniture. The cleaning is precise. It moves slowly and picks up all particles. I did have issues with it docking properly on several occasions. Overall I thinks this is another great product from Samsung.

What a relief. Finally came in and easy to set up. Added it to my Smart Thing App. Very quiet operation. I let it map out the living area and it went around all obsticles. The suction is extremely strong as it picks up all debries along it's way. Working on setting up rest of the house. it docks and then the suction starts into it's staion to clean vacuum. Extremely well done by Samsung.

Well worth the money! I love samsung products. samsung is a brand I trust and will be loyal to for years to come. I have tried a couple of bot vacuums in the past, but they weren't worth the money spent. I read a lot about this vacuum, and an opportunity came up to get one. does not disappoint! It is extremely quiet, and unless you see it go by, you could almost forget it is running. the set up was easy, and the app is user friendly. The technology behind the mapping ability is very streamlined- it feels like a set it and forget it aspect. If the battery gets low during its cycle, it hooks up at the station, and then goes back to finish the job! It has a self-cleaning brush, and even empties itself. Talk about wonderful! Jetsons anyone?

My family and I have enjoyed the Jet Bot Vacuum with Clean Station. We have had it for a few months so I can now give an experienced review. The section is great and the power that the vacuum has is unmatched. However, there are times that it has trouble getting back into the clean station itself to empty the bin. It has had so much trouble to the point that it is actually left marks on the floor from continuously going back-and-forth trying to get it self up onto the clean station. Other than that one small issue, I highly recommend the Jet Bot Vacuum. It is very nice to be able to schedule a cleaning even when you're not home, and then come home to a floor that has been well cleaned.

beware when buying this vacuum with the tower. the vacuum works fine, but there are not replacement dust bags available for purchase. not sure why they are selling a vacuum that they don't have bags for. i just bought this two months ago and already cannot use it. huge waste of money. very disappointed in samsung.

Previously owned the Samsung Powerbot, but didn't like the bulkiness of the design. I love the jet bot, it gets everywhere. I love the self emptying feature. And of course, the fact that I gets about 80% people the dog hair. Downside, bags are not reusable and kinda pricey, and the suction could be a little stronger to get dog hair off carpet.

I own an older model of the PowerBot and this one blows that away easily! The new mapping features, advanced cleaning power, use of Lidar technology, and the fact that it speaks when it's in use are huge improvements. The design is sleek and modern easily matching my home so it's almost unnoticeable. I love that the Jet Bot+ returns to the station to empty itself during the cleaning cycle. The Jet Bot+ is easy to clean all all the filters and bin. It is so incredibly quiet you can leave it run while on the phone, enjoying a TV show or even taking a nap. This vacuum doesn't even scare the dogs as it's running around.

This little baby is about to become your new best friend! The Samsung Bot Is sleek, powerful and smart! Set up was a breeze after downloading the Samsung SmartThings App. I know for me, the thought of setting up new Smart products can be intimidating but Samsung has made it so easy that it practically sets itself up. After the initial setup it's time to see what this baby can do and I was not disappointed. The Bot starts out by mapping the area, which you can select on the app. Of course, I sat there and watched the Bot map out the room and I was pretty impressed. It didn't get snagged or caught on anything and that process took approximately 20 minutes. Then it was time to work! The Samsung Bot Is much quieter than previous Robots I have used and the suction was amazing! I have cats and dogs so we have lots of pet fur I'm my home. I figured I would be giving the Bot a run for its money but I was pleasantly surprised to see it tackling the pet fur. One of the best features about the Samsung Bot Is the Cleaning Station. When the Bot is out vacuuming and senses the dirt cup is full, it goes back to the cleaning station to empty itself! WHAT? That is a total game changer for me! I only need to empty the bag in the cleaning station about once a week. You can set it up to run at certain times and it even sends a report on the app when it's finished. I am very happy with the Samsung Bot Vacuum with the cleaning station.

So to be honest I have never trusted a floor device to clean my floor but let me tell you after receiving this item I would definitely recommend if I could rate this more stars than 5 I definitely would. Samsung is a very great brand to start with and mix it with the floor cleaner you've got magic. i debated on this forever and did a ton of research. i looked at many "top robot vaccum" articles and this one was not on any of the rankings. joke is on whoever wrote those articles, this robot vaccum is far more superior than any other vaccum. we have two thick rugs in our house that are on hard floor. the vaccum has no problem climbing onto the rugs and does not get stuck at all. i was super impressed by how quickly the vaccum was able to map our house. honestly, if you're thinking about it, get it. you seriously will be so glad you did.

It is great to have a robotic vacuum in your home, and Samsung makes a really good one. I leave it on my second floor most of the time, and let it work its way through 4 bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. It does take some time for it to complete (with multiple stops to empty and/or recharge), but it beats doing it yourself. Smartthings app is nice for control, and to be able to locate the machine at any given time while it is operating - especially helpful when it gets stuck on a cord or sock. Overall, a great product (only regret is that I did not upgrade to the AI+ model.

I absolutely love my new Samsung Jet™ Bot+ Vacuum with Clean Station. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange of my honest review after I try it. I was not sure what to expect. I was so surprised to see how thorough it cleans. We have a large dog that drops a lot of hair, dander and brings ton or leaves and dirt from outside. As a working mom I have struggled to keep up with all this. This new vaccume changed my life. It is easy to program through a phone app, you can schedule the cleaning time and create map of what areas you want to be clean. Samsung Vacuum does the rest for you and it empties the dust to a large container once it's done. When I come home from a busy day in the office my house looks spotless and floors are shiny. My life has gotten so much easier since we aquired this product. I really don't have to worry about cleaning floors and have extra time to spent with my family!

This was my first robot vacume purchase and am very happy with the results. The vacume does an amazing job vacuuming and when paired with the clean station is an amazing combo. The biggest issue I have is the lack of finding clean station bags, replacement parts and filters. Samsung makes it sound like it's a supply chain issue, but is still frustrating.

This Robot Vacuum worked very good in my living room and kitchen, the floor was cleared very nice, all the corners was cleared very well, it returned to charge station with accuracy, especially I really like its dumping all the dusts into the station automatically when it returned to its station which is very convenient, also I found it avoided to bump into obstacles with its sensor, it cleared under my dining-table with a lot of chairs, great to find it could get into it and get out with no issue, definitely it's a very great Robot Vacuum which is deserving recommendation!

I have had "bot" vacuums for years, but this was the fanciest model I have used. The difference is night and day. Coming home to a house filled with vacuum lines because it cleans so well on its own is so satisfying. Is it loud when it's working, yes it is, but do we watch t.v. while it is in the room just fine? Yes we do. It is very good at getting to the edges of rooms, it does have a harder time getting under cabinet edges, but overall it does a spectacular job. And when it returns to the base station and another vacuum system empties the collection bin and puts it in the bag in the station it's so cool to hear, now that one is loud, but it's like 10 seconds and then it's back to charging. The first time you use it it will map out your house and show you a surprisingly accurate map of your house and any furniture etc. that is has "found" while mapping everything. It does cover room transitions very well, it's still low to the ground, but it has the ability to lift itself over objects and transitions very well. The ability to make "no go" zones on your map is also very handy, if you don't want it to go to cords, get near stairs or electronics. Or for me last week, not get to close to the x-mas tree, an area that it normally will clean. And I can go back later and "edit" the map and remove that zone with just a few clicks. A few drawbacks, it can get stuck but not very easily, and the sensors will get dirty, and it will yell at you from the other side of the house saying please check the sensors. But usually, it's a warning and it will continue cleaning. When using the application to have it clean, it will send you notifications if it gets stuck or needs to be cleaned etc. And being able to look at a map of where it has cleaned, and I mean every back and forth, you can visually see how many times it has covered a room. It sometimes is finicky if you pick it up, so you might need to have it "return to dock" and then resume but those have been few and far between. I think I have only used my regular vacuum once in the past 6 months because of this machine. Drawbacks would have to be no parts for the machine, you cannot find bags anywhere in the world for that matter, it doesn't make sense. Now I am still on my first bag, but it needs to be changed, and you still cannot order them, even from Samsung, this seems to be the biggest complaint. What good is a $1000 vacuum that you cannot get parts for? But once they become available, I would say this is a win!

I had tried several robot vacuums, including Roomba i8, before buying this one. This has been the best of the bunch. It seems to be more thorough in terms of coverage, though it does miss some areas. I've allowed it to self-map but I'd like to figure out how to, for example, ask it to just clean the kitchen. It's been difficult to get replacement bags for it, something I hope gets resolved since my Labrador retriever sheds a lot.

Had it for 3 months, this thing is great. Can set it up to clean exactly the spots in the house I need cleaned and then can go away and it will do it. So far no issues, it can free itself when it gets stuck (previous Roomba could not). Great purchase!

We purchased the Jet Bot as part of a promotional campaign. The vacuum has a lot of power. The Jet Bot found its way through all the rooms it was programed to clean with the No-Go-Zone section of the program. The Jet Bot automatic adjusts the suction to pick up if there is more to pick up. Once the Jet Bot finish a session it docked at the station to emptied the dirt. It did not scrap any furniture. There filter system has assisted with no excess dust being released in the air.

Nice upgrade from the Roomba

I had the best model Roomba for a few years, but after multiple frustrations I decided to try, after a log research, the Samsung JetBot. I am very happy with this vacuum. It works as described, cleans efficiently, doesn't let stuck or lost, and communicates clearly. It's the best robot vacuum I could imagine, made even better but a good and intuitive connected app.

The best floor sweeper

Bought it for my wife as a Christmas gift. I felt more intrigued with how it actually sweep well clean the floors. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because the actually need a bigger cleaning compartment compared to performance. Once it fill up, it journeys back to the vacuum to suck up the dirt. But Samsung will make better adjustments. Also ready for multi colors like black or red.

We really like this vacuum. You create a map and the machine cleans only where you've told it to go. Our Roomba used to get stuck under a cabinet or would get tangled in electrical wires. The neatest feature I think is that when it's done it returns home and empties itself and is ready for the next time.

I recently purchased the Jet Bot+, and I can't believe it's taken me this long!! This is such an amazing product. It does an amazing job cleaning, going over the same place a few times to make sure it's clean. It maps the room perfectly, avoiding things it should and cleaning what it can. I was extremely impressed by it's intelligence. The first time it cleaned my basement, it ran into a spiderweb. The spider tried to run away and the Jet Bot+ stopped, turned around, and ran after it. I am so impressed with the product and would highly recommend it!!

This guy is excellent, and I say guy because our boys have named him "Jarvis". Having the ability to place it on a schedule has our floors cleaner than ever before. The bot clearing the bin automatically is an awesome feature. Once you have it scheduled and be sure to keep obstacles and large items to a minimum this thing will do its thing without issue while we're away at work.

First off, I am a "connected devices" junkie. For me anything that I can control from my phone is great. Added plus that I am already a heavy Smartthings user. The vacuum itself performs admirably, covering all areas, going back to charge or empty as needed automatically, and does a good job cleaning. The only oddity I found was that once time, it did get stuck at the top of the stairs - it kept trying to go to the edge of the steps and backing off, then trying again.

I purchased this vacuum as part of a promotion. The Jet Bot was easy to set up in my house and on my phone. I was able to direct it where to clean with the SmartThings app. I could block the Jet Bot from cleaning certain rooms with selecting No-Go Zone. The Jet Bot alerted me if it went into an area that it was caught under an item. The Jet Bot has a feature that releases clean air and that there was not dust when the Jet Bot was cleaning. The Jet Bot empties itself when it docs at the station. When the station vacuum bag is full it just needs to be replaced with no mess. I set it to vacuum twice a week, which made deep cleaning easy.
